K. Suriyakumar (Suri) Chairman of the Board
Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Suriyakumar is a marine engineer by training. Suriyakumar gave up his engineering career to join Aitken Spence and Company, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in Sri Lanka to pursue a career in management. During his 12 years with the company, his rise in the 120-year-old company was "meteoric" according to Charitha Prassana De Silva, then Chairman of the company. Suriyakumar was not only responsible for turning around companies but also was responsible for starting several successful ventures in Aitken Spence.

In 1989, seeking "greener pastures" he moved to the US to join his long time friend and his current partner S. Chandramohan in the Reprographics business. Having experienced tremendous success and unprecedented growth, in 1997, the partners co-founded American Reprographics Company (ARC).

ARC currently is the largest Reprographics Company in the United States with over 4000 employees and $450 million in annual revenues. Suriyakumar serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.

In addition to his busy corporate life, Suriyakumar is actively involved and serves on the Boards of several non - profit organizations and is committed to pursue his philanthropic interests. Suriyakumar is married with two children and resides in Diablo, California.

S. Chandramohan (Mohan) Chief Financial Officer
S. Chandramohan is a native of Sri Lanka who migrated to the United States of America in 1981.

In Sri Lanka, Chandramohan was with the Overseas Trust Bank Ltd. (presently a division of the Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation), where he specialized in International Banking. Chandramohan served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of U-Save Auto Parts Inc., an automotive aftermarket retail chain, headquartered in Los Angeles, California. He was with the firm from 1981 to 1988.

Chandramohan founded American Reprographics Company (ARC) in February 1988, and presently serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. ARC is the largest reprographics company in the United States, with over 4000 employees and $450 million in annual revenues.

Chandramohan is a graduate of the prestigious Anderson Graduate School of Management at the University of California in Los Angeles. He served as the president of the reprographic industry trade association, The International Reprographic Association, in 2002, and currently serves as the chairman of the Sri Lanka America Business Council.

Chandramohan is married with one daughter and resides in La Canada, California.

Chris Gnanakone Chief Development Officer
Chris Gnanakone, a native Sri Lankan, started his career as a Merchant Marine Officer in the U.K. and Singapore and obtained his Master Mariners Certificate in U.K. in 1981.

After over 10 years as a Merchant Marine, Chris attended University of North Carolina in the U.S. and graduated with a degree in Business Information Systems in 1986.

Subsequent to management positions in Logistics and Information Technology with two major shipping companies, Chris was the Founder and President of SeaLink Technologies, an Internet portal that provided services to the international ocean freight market. In 2000, the company was renamed to XchangeDOX and now provides services enabling customers to exchange shipping and regulatory documents to US Customs via the Internet.

Chris co-founded One Sri Lanka Foundation following his desire and commitment to enhance the quality of life of the people in Sri Lanka.

Chris is a member of the Walnut Creek Rotary Club where he serves as the International Community Service Director. Chris lives in Walnut Creek, CA.

Sean Pathiratne Director
Sean Pathiratne was born in Sri Lanka and has been residing in the United States since 1975. Sean graduated with a business degree from the University of Phoenix in Arizona. Sean was a serious sportsman for many years, receiving sports scholarships in American football and baseball and excelled in many other sports.

In 1991 his focus turned to business and started a company called Lifestyle Solutions. In a relatively short period of time, Lifestyle Solutions has become the leading distributor of sofa-bed convertibles in the US. Furthermore, he went on to establish a furniture factory in Malaysia called Amasia. He acts as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of both corporations. Currently, both companies combined sell in 4 continents and with 4 distribution centers in the US are able to effectively sell in all 50 states.

Sean is a board member of the SLABC (Sri Lanka American Business Council) and has started a project to build a furniture factory in Sri Lanka. He is dedicated to assist in projects that will help the growth of Sri Lanka.

William G. Dieterich Director
Bill Dieterich graduated with a B.A. Degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Bill began his working career in Monterey Park, California where he trained in all operations of the family business, the Dieterich Post Company, the largest supplier of computer-aided design, engineering, graphics and reprographics equipment and supplies on the West Coast.

Throughout his tenure at Dieterich Post Company, Bill began in the warehouse, quickly took over HR-related matters and inside office responsibilities, moved into a sales manager position, and in 1985, became the Chairman and CEO of Dieterich Post when his grandfather retired.

In 1997, Bill sold his business to pursue other interests. He is currently the President of the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame, a non-profit organization that raises money to supply athletic organizations for children. Bill currently focuses his time and attention to giving back to his community. He is a dedicated husband and a father of four children. He currently resides in Alamo, California.

Mahasen Samaravijaya Director
In 1973, Mahasen Samaravijaya migrated from his native Sri Lanka to the United States where he began his management career in electronics manufacturing. He founded Interface Data Systems (IDS) in 1991 and served as the company?s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 2003 when he successfully negotiated the company?s merger with White Electronic Design. Samaravijaya recently founded GVR Technologies, a provider of Asian electronic outsourcing solutions to US manufacturers.

During his illustrious career, the SBA, the Department of Commerce, and Inc Magazine have recognized Samaravijaya. IDS consistently ranked in Arizona?s 50 Fastest Growing High Tech Companies. During the Clinton Administration, Samaravijaya represented Arizona at both the White House Corporate Citizenship Forum and the One America Program in Washington, DC.

Active in various civic and philanthropic organizations, Samaravijaya currently serves on the Board of the Enterprise Network, a leading Arizona entrepreneurial organization. He is a former member of the City of Phoenix Economic Development Advisory Council. Through the years, Samaravijaya has worked closely with Sri Lanka US ambassadors and the US Department of Commerce in support of Sri Lanka-US trade development. He is a founder and former Director of the Sri Lanka American Business Council.

Samaravijaya is married and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
